Overview
The shortest way to sleep in the Sahara from Marrakech. Cross the High Atlas by the Tizi n'Tichka pass, visit the kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, follow the palm groves of the Draa Valley and ride a camel to a desert camp near Zagora.

Itinerary
- Day 1
Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Zagora
Pick-up at your riad in the morning. Drive over the Tizi n'Tichka pass (2,260 m), visit Ait Ben Haddou, then continue through Ouarzazate and the Draa Valley. At sunset, ride a camel into the dunes and spend the night in camp.
- Day 2
Zagora – Marrakech
Sunrise over the dunes, breakfast and a camel ride back. Drive back across the Atlas with stops for photos and lunch, arriving in Marrakech in the evening.
